Quorby provides a platform for freelancers and small businesses to create, manage, and send quotes and invoices. The Service includes tools for generating documents and tracking statuses.
Quorby is an invoicing tool, not a payment processor. We do not handle, process, or transmit funds. Invoices generated through Quorby may contain payment instructions (such as bank details or manual payment links) as provided by you. You are solely responsible for verifying the receipt of funds and managing disputes with your clients. Quorby assumes no liability for unpaid invoices, payment disputes, or fraudulent transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quorby and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
